Air Spectacular, featuring the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, presented by Enbridge Energy is what the City of Duluth and St. Louis County, Minnesota thrives on. On the shores of Lake Superior don’t miss this once in a lifetime aviation and air show event.

No ticket necessary! Watch this stunning viewing experience from just about anywhere in downtown or Canal Park, Duluth.

This aerial performance will be held over Lake Superior, near Duluth’s Canal park, offering views like no other show can offer.

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds are a rare performance in Duluth, and have not done a Lake Superior show since 2008!

9 Planes

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds’ performance uses 9 planes, more than the USAF Thunderbirds or the US Navy Blue Angels!

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds demonstrate the high level of skill, professionalism, teamwork, discipline and dedication inherent in the men and women of the CAF and they inspire the pursuit of excellence wherever they go in North America.

At Enbridge, we deliver the energy that fuels quality of life. We’ve been a proud community partner for more than 75 years here in the Northland, a tradition we’re excited to continue with Air Spectacular, featuring the Canadian Forces Snowbirds.

We value safety, integrity, respect, inclusion, and high performance. And we’re here to celebrate high performance alongside the Canadian Air Force.

Air Spectacular, featuring the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, presented by Enbridge Energy will be centered over the Canal Park/Lakewalk area of Lake Superior. Views will differ based on proximity, angle, and obstructions (such as tall buildings). The above map shows the approximate optimal viewing area, with the highlighted areas showing some of the best areas in which to watch the performance.

The best overall views will be on the Lakewalk or the areas below Superior Street/in Canal Park. If you’re looking for a higher vantage point, the area of Skyline Parkway to the East of Mesaba Avenue may be the right area for you.

Can’t make it to the event? Not to worry. The performance will be live streamed via this site during the event, so mark your calendars and watch in-person or online—whichever suits you.
